There is a chook pen, vegie gardens, children’s playground and fish pond and have a look underneath the pots as you select plants as there are often frogs to be found throughout the nursery, including Jarrahjac – a giant carved timber frog.
Zanthorrea stock a very comprehensive herb and vegetable range and some interesting things pop up so there is always something new to try – and if you are looking for expert advice on plants to create a beautiful sustainable garden which attracts birds and handles our harsh climate then this is the best place to start.
Autumn really is peak planting time in Perth as the temperatures are cooler and there is winter rainfall to look forward to.
